Sonya's Healthy Kitchen aims to focus on healthy cooking. SHK cooking classes will introduce students to new foods, learn about the science of nutrition and how to make healthier meal choices. Healthy eating is about finding a balance between the science of nutrition, what is healthy for our bodies by being more mindful of how, why and what we eat. It's the small healthy changes we make to our daily diets that will really make a big difference to our overall health and well being.
